Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls professionally, empathetically, and efficiently Recommend suitable products and services using product knowledge Research systems and collaborate with other departments Manage accounts and process orders accurately Follow scripts, policies, and privacy procedures
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent and age eighteen or older Strong written and verbal communication skills Accurate typing speed of twenty or more words per minute Basic Microsoft Office Suite and Windows proficiency Dependable, organized, and able to work independently Bring customer-first communication, sales ability, account management, and problem-solving skills to MCI's remote inbound customer interactions.
