Direct a dynamic team as a Financial Services Team Lead, focusing on reconciliation processes and exceptional client delivery. In this collaborative position, you will supervise the Reconciliation and Client Service team, ensuring the integrity of financial records. Your strong background in financial instruments and risk management will enable diligent evaluation and coaching of team members. You’ll be key in undertaking new client integrations and resolving technical issues deftly. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee team performance in reconciliation tasks
- Coach team members to enhance their capabilities
- Ensure accuracy in financial month-end processes
- Manage client exposure and risk assessments
- Support onboarding of new clients
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required
- 4+ years experience in Financial Services
- Advanced understanding of OTC markets
- Strong MS Excel capabilities
- Exceptional communication and supervisory skills
