Advance your career in the recycling industry as an Inside Sales Associate at American Iron & Metal (AIM). Drive customer relationships and support the Buyer's Team in managing scrap metal accounts. At AIM, you will strengthen business development by optimizing account management for scrap metal products. You’ll automate pricing calculations, prepare informative reports, and assist in coordinating deliveries while ensuring efficient documentation. Collaborate with dispatchers and sales teams to enhance service delivery and support overall business success. Key Responsibilities:
- Automate pricing calculations and handle paperwork efficiently
- Prepare reports to support decision-making in pricing issues
- Assist with coordinating deliveries and material receptions
- Ensure timely documentation of purchase transactions
- Create and track purchase orders using CRM
- 3+ years of experience in account management
- Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- Proven ability to establish and nurture customer relationships
- Detail-oriented and organized in a team environment
- Strong Excel skills and tech-savvy
