In this role, you will be a key player in providing pharmacy services that prioritize customer satisfaction. You will work closely with pharmacy staff to handle prescriptions, manage third-party accounts, and contribute to the overall operations following established standards. Your expertise will ensure that all patient interactions are positive and helpful.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of prescription orders
- Manage the cash register and customer transactions
- Collect and verify patient information for prescriptions
- Refer clinical inquiries directly to the pharmacist
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy operating procedures
Requirements:
- Registered with the appropriate provincial college
- Diploma from a recognized Pharmacy Technician program
- Previous experience in pharmacy preferred
- Strong organizational and attention to detail
- Effective multitasking and problem-solving abilities
