The SASREF+ EC Project Department aims to establish an Ethane Cracker Complex, and in this senior position, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing project profitability through efficient contract management. Bring your deep technical knowledge and strategic insight to ensure projects proceed smoothly and effectively. Key Responsibilities:
- Direct procurement development and contract execution
- Offer technical support throughout contract processes
- Address contractual disputes and manage change orders
- Conduct market analysis for contract optimization
- Monitor compliance with procurement manuals
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business/Public Administration, or Law
- 12 years of applicable contracts experience
- Certifications in CIPS, ISM, or APICS preferred
- Mastery in project phases and procurement practices
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
