Wild West Inc. is seeking Framer for its Post Framing Crew in Alberta. Earn a competitive starting wage plus living allowances and overtime pay while enjoying the great outdoors. As a Framer, you will work full-time in a permanent role, constructing pole sheds, machine sheds, and riding arenas across Alberta. Candidates must be Canadian residents fluent in English and comfortable working outdoors and at heights. Enjoy benefits like hotel accommodations and pick-up/drop-off service from Airdrie. Key Responsibilities:
- Construct pole sheds and riding arenas across Alberta
- Participate in on-the-job training for optimal performance
- Handle heights safely while framing structures
- Ensure quality of workmanship on all projects
- Assist in transportation logistics via company-provided vehicles
- Minimum 1 year of framing experience
- Class 5 License required
- Must be a Canadian resident
- Willingness to travel 100% of the time
- Must not be afraid of heights
