This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity with competitive pay and room for advancement into leadership roles. Responsibilities Diagnose, inspect, and repair heavy-duty trucks and coach systems Work on steering, braking, cooling, electrical, drivetrains, suspensions, transmissions, and engines Perform test drives to confirm repairs and vehicle performance Accurately document repairs, parts used, and labour time Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment Support and mentor apprentices and co-op students Assist with additional shop duties as required Requirements ~ Valid 310T Truck & Coach Technician certification ~5+ years of experience with heavy fleet vehicles ~ Strong diagnostic and mechanical repair skills ~ Experience with computerized diagnostic tools ~ Ability to prioritize workload and stay organized ~ Strong communication and teamwork skills Express Employment Professionals Guelph is a licensed Temporary Help Agency operating in compliance with the Ontario Employment Standards Act, Pay Transparency requirements (effective January 1, 2026), the Ontario Human Rights Code, and applicable regulations.
