BrokerLink is seeking a dedicated Personal Insurance Advisor to enhance our client-focused team. This position involves advising clients, selling insurance policies, and retaining existing accounts. Strong customer service skills and a commitment to professionalism are essential, as you will lead initiatives to ensure client success and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service ongoing client insurance needs and inquiries
- Sell new policies and retain existing business
- Conduct needs assessments and recommend insurance solutions
- Prepare documentation and issue insurance certificates
- Actively participate in training and community initiatives
Requirements:
- High School or Post-Secondary Education
- Minimum 1-year Personal Insurance experience
- Strong customer focus and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Familiarity with Epic is advantageous
