About the role
As a Registered Pharmacist at Graceland Medical Clinic & Pharmacy, you will provide professional pharmacy services, counsel patients on medications, and collaborate closely with our family physicians to deliver integrated patient care. This role is ideal for a pharmacist who values clinical excellence, patient education, and teamwork.
What you'll do
Review and dispense prescriptions accurately and safely Provide medication counseling and patient education Collaborate with physicians regarding patient treatment plans Monitor medication therapy and identify potential drug interactions Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and professional standards Support daily pharmacy operations and mentor pharmacy support staff What we're looking for Licensed Registered Pharmacist in British Columbia Strong clinical knowledge and patient counseling skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team Commitment to patient-centered care and professional excellence
