Support a large-scale Food and Retail transformation as an Intermediate Business Analyst with 5+ years experience. Contribute to system documentation, testing, and training initiatives in a dynamic remote environment. Our public sector client seeks an Intermediate Business Analyst for a 12-month remote contract on the lower mainland or Victoria. This role requires expertise in requirements gathering, OCM, and project oversight while managing complex enterprise environments. Your impact will focus on operational modernization and successful system deployment across multiple locations. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead requirements gathering and stakeholder workshops
- Analyze business strategy, translating needs into functional requirements
- Define solution scope, objectives, and business cases
- Guide development, testing, and implementation with tech teams
- Lead quality assurance activities, including test strategy and validation
- 5+ years as an IT Business Analyst
- Experience in OCM and training for system transformations
- Proven skills in requirements gathering and project planning
- Degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- Familiarity with Food and Retail technology is a plus
