- Manage machinery involved in feed mixing and shipping
- Proactively troubleshoot and resolve production issues
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
- Record and analyze data for production processes
- Carry out minor maintenance and repairs on equipment
- 2-3 years of relevant manufacturing experience
- Preferred forklift and boiler certifications
- Ability to lift 25 kgs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and decision-making skills
- Willingness to work flexible shifts
