- Diagnose and complete repairs within policy guidelines
- Troubleshoot hydraulic and electrical systems for performance
- Maintain organized work orders and communicate repair statuses
- Provide guidance to junior mechanics and suggest improvements
- Uphold cleanliness and safety standards in the shop
- Valid 310T or Red Seal License required
- Experience with hydraulic/electrical systems is an asset
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
- Basic computer skills for documenting tasks
- Ability to lift 60 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
