- Prepare monthly variance analysis for management review
- Monitor internal controls and accounting procedures
- Support year-end audit and prepare working paper files
- Prepare accurate financial statements in a timely manner
- Mentor and train accounting staff on best practices
- Bachelor's degree and CPA designation or in progress
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a large organization
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with senior management
- Passion for innovation in a collaborative team environment
- Results-oriented work ethic with personal initiative
