Hello, My name is Romane, and I am a Recruitment and Business Development Consultant at Fed Finance, a recruitment firm specializing in finance professionals. I work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent, on Montreal's South Shore. Our team of finance experts speaks your language and operates within your industry. We cover accounting, finance, and payroll roles. I am looking for a Financial Analyst - International Markets for my client, a manufacturing company. This is a permanent, hybrid position in Boucherville. * Perform various balance sheet and profit and loss analyses; * Prepare and interpret KPIs on a monthly basis; * Conduct variance analysis of budget versus actual cost; * Confirm that transactions are correctly recorded according to accounting standards; * Produce financial statements and write recommendations based on the results obtained during the analysis; * Participate in the development of a financial package for the executive team; * Implement internal processes and controls; * Support business units in their forecast and budget preparation; * Assist the International Finance Director in various projects; * Continuously improve processes (automate files as much as possible); * Become a super user for the various systems; * Work closely with the international accounting team. * Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent; * CPA designation an asset; * Approximately 3 to 5 years of relevant experience; * Experience with accounting standards; * French & English (spoken and written) (Bilingualism required due to communications with our international suppliers); * Proficiency in Excel; * Knowledge of SAP (an asset).
