- Mentor Associates on best practices in service policies
- Organize and motivate team tasks collaboratively
- Design striking merchandise displays to elevate the store’s image
- 1-2 years of experience in retail or service
- Strong ability to understand customer needs and operational workflows
- Effective time management and multitasking capabilities
- Excellent collaborative and communication skills
- Focused on continuous improvement within the team
