Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Paid Media Manager for urgent care accounts. This remote role serves Canada, South Africa and the USA, and you will own budget, targeting, and creative testing across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
You will drive the 90-day roadmaps, explain performance on calls, and grow client relationships through retention and upsell. 3+ years hands-on in paid search and a proven ROAS/CPA improvement track record are expected.
