Lead transformative retail projects as a Director with Turner & Townsend in the Enterprise division. Drive client management and project excellence across multiple geographical markets. As a Project Management Director, you will oversee large-scale retail installations while managing teams in Canada, the US, and EMEA. Your expertise in real estate project management and leadership will be instrumental in achieving strategic goals and client satisfaction through rigorous execution and oversight of procurement and contract processes. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client expectations and project performance
- Direct all phases of the delivery process
- Lead team activities, scheduling, and mentoring
- Ensure accuracy in contract management and procurement
- Identify and mitigate complex project risks
- 12-15 years of real estate project delivery experience
- Strong communication skills with C-Suite
- Proficient in financial analysis and reporting
- Leadership experience in staffing and performance management
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
