Director of Finance – Strategic Role Do you enjoy driving change and influencing key decisions? This is a unique opportunity to play a central strategic role within a well-established organization located in the Lanaudière region, currently undergoing growth and transformation. Our client is seeking a Director of Finance who wants to go beyond traditional financial management and act as a true business partner to senior leadership, supporting performance and long-term sustainable growth. Your impact Reporting directly to senior management, you will actively contribute to the organization's strategic direction and financial strength: Act as a strategic advisor to management on financial and operational decisions; Lead, coach, and develop a committed accounting team; Review, structure, and optimize financial processes to support growth and efficiency; Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and relationships with external partners; Implement management tools and performance indicators to support informed decision-making. Desired profile Significant experience in financial management (8–10 years); Strong leadership skills with a collaborative, people-focused approach; Strong interest in process optimization and continuous improvement; Excellent command of Excel and an ERP system; Active CPA designation.
