You will collaborate with Account Managers to identify client needs and build relationships with talented candidates to secure their next opportunity. This role requires proactive sourcing and engagement of candidates through various channels. Key Responsibilities:
- Own recruitment process from sourcing to offer management
- Engage talent through outreach, referrals, and databases
- Build talent pipelines for specialist IT roles
- Collaborate with Account Managers for effective candidate submissions
- Maintain accurate ATS records and assist junior recruiters
- Minimum three years in full-cycle IT recruitment
- Strong understanding of IT roles and technical skills
- Proven success in sourcing beyond job applications
- Ability to manage multiple searches effectively
- Excellent communication and judgment skills
