Key Responsibilities
• Lead the enhancement and governance of insurance products
• Provide expert guidance on coverage design and policy wording
• Manage product improvement initiatives for efficiency
• Oversee governance related to product changes
• Support the modernization and integration of underwriting systems
Requirements:
• University degree or diploma in a related area
• Hands-on experience in Commercial Insurance and product design
• Leadership experience in cross-functional team management
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
