- Oversee a team to ensure high service standards
- Collaborate on recruitment and training of staff
- Manage staff scheduling and track work hours
- Verify inventory levels to reduce waste
- Ensure compliance with financial procedures
- Experience in food or alcohol service industry
- Strong customer service focus
- Proven skills in staff supervision and scheduling
- Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail
- ProServe and ProTect certification (or commitment to obtain)
