Your job Lead, coach and grow a multidisciplinary team of artificial intelligence and machine learning scientists. Define and implement the strategic roadmap for artificial intelligence and machine learning initiatives. Collaborate with business stakeholders to transform needs into concrete, measurable solutions. Oversee the development, deployment and monitoring of robust and scalable models and algorithms. Ensure scientific rigour , reproducibility and application of ethical practises in artificial intelligence. Represent the team in executive forums and cross-sector initiatives. In the Data sector, you will be part of a centralised team dedicated to artificial intelligence and machine learning. You will report to a Senior Manager and collaborate with colleagues from a variety of backgrounds to develop innovative projects across the organisation . Prerequisites Master's or doctorate degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, machine learning or related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience in artificial intelligence and machine learning Experience in team management Experience delivering AI solutions with a measurable impact on business Experience with cloud platforms, MLOps practises and deployment in production.
