Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment Develop project guidelines and development plans Coordinate project goals across PBS departments Host customer engagement sessions and create presentations Manage attendance, staffing ratios, and new-hire training
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalency required Excellent customer service skills Good verbal and written communication skills Previous management experience preferred Ability to mentor and exchange constructive feedback Bring team leadership, project coordination, customer service, and PBS product knowledge to dealer engagement in Calgary. #J-18808-Ljbffr
