Lead the charge in energy management with PowerON Energy Solutions as a Senior Manager of Energy Intelligence & Data Systems in Toronto. Direct analytics for electrification projects and optimize performance across assets. This newly created role at PowerON focuses on overseeing energy modeling, market analytics, and reporting for electrification initiatives, including EV charging and battery storage. You will manage a team and collaborate across functions to derive valuable insights that drive product development and market strategy, ensuring alignment with the transition to a clean energy economy. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage energy modeling and system sizing for projects
- Conduct GHG reduction analysis and reporting
- Develop performance benchmarks and KPI frameworks
- Present analytical findings to leadership and stakeholders
- Oversee the data management architecture for EMS systems
- University degree in Engineering or related field
- 7+ years in energy analytics or market operations
- 5+ years of team management experience
- Proficient in Python and Excel
- Strong understanding of IESO market rules
