Take your accounting expertise to a new level as a Senior Accountant in a hybrid model at a dynamic supply chain company in Mississauga, ON. This hybrid role in the finance team involves active month-end reporting, variance analysis, and updating financial processes. You will utilize your strong accounting skills to prepare regional P&Ls, engage in forecasting alongside FP&A, and contribute to ongoing improvements in governance and controls. You'll thrive in an entrepreneurial culture that values adaptability and initiative. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review P&Ls for two regions
- Execute month-end journal entries and reconciliations
- Validate financial data and ensure completeness
- Collaborate on budgeting and forecasting inputs
- Lead month-end financial discussions and insights
- 3-5 years of accounting experience
- Strong business partnering and financial communication skills
- Proficiency in ERP and Excel data analysis
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- CPA designation in progress
