Lead the Cage operations at Gateway Casinos, ensuring service excellence and compliance with monetary transaction regulations. If you have strong leadership and organizational skills, this is the role for you. Gateway Casinos is looking for a Cage Supervisor to oversee operations and mentor staff. This vital position demands attention to detail and accuracy while managing the casino float and security of transactions. The ideal candidate should possess extensive supervisory experience in cash handling, delivering a pleasant and efficient work atmosphere. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Cage operations and direct staff activities
- Ensure accurate management of the casino float
- Conduct training and performance appraisals for your team
- Perform audits and reconciliations of gaming accounts
- Prepare gaming and promotional cheques, ensuring accuracy
- Two years in a supervisory role with cash handling
- Experience as a casino cashier supervisor is an asset
- Proven leadership and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to obtain registration with gaming authorities
