Transform your accounting career with Mobiz IT, Inc. as a fully remote Staff Accountant. Oversee full-cycle accounting, month-end close tasks, and reconciliation using Dynamics 365 Business Central.
In this ownership-driven role, you'll manage critical accounting tasks including journal entries, bank reconciliations, and intercompany transactions. With a focus on customer profitability reporting, you'll ensure accurate coding and compliance with U.S. GAAP standards. This role suits candidates experienced in multi-entity environments or IT consulting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage month-end close activities and journal postings
- Reconcile bank accounts and corporate credit cards
- Coordinate intercompany cross-charge entries and balances
- Allocate payroll and analyze customer profitability
- Validate monthly financial reports and manage tax filings
Requirements:
- Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 4 years in accounting with month-end ownership
- 2+ years with Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and subscription contracts
- Proven accuracy under deadlines
