- Implement loss prevention and key control policies
- Conduct weekly and full store inventory checks
- Manage weekly inventory ordering and supply
- Ensure compliance with store opening and closing procedures
- Foster a culture of teamwork and customer promise adherence
- 2 years of retail management experience
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills
- Flexible with evening and weekend shifts
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Positive, dynamic personality to motivate teams
