Join a high-profile technology transformation initiative focused on improving guest experience within a transportation environment. This role supports the delivery of Project Alpha, a complex program involving multiple stakeholders and cross-functional technology teams. The position oversees program governance, delivery planning, dependency management, and enterprise-level coordination across technology initiatives.

Must Haves

• 7+ years delivering large, complex technology initiatives across multiple technology domains
• Demonstrated leadership of business transformation initiatives enabled by technology
• Experience within large enterprise environments collaborating across technology, security, data, product, communications, and business functions
• Exposure to technology governance , risk, security, compliance, and frameworks such as NIST, ISO, COBIT, or SOC
• Post-secondary education within an Information Technology or Engineering field

Nice to Have

• Airline industry experience
• Tour operator experience
• Project or Program certification such as PMP or PRINCE2
• Agile or Product Management related certification

Responsibilities

• Establish program governance for complex technology transformation programs
• Develop delivery plans balancing objectives and competing priorities across multiple product teams
• Lead programs from inception to completion across multiple teams and product development cycles
• Manage sequencing and dependencies at the program level
• Coordinate proactive and reactive communications for sponsors and stakeholders
• Manage escalations and propose mitigation strategies and corrective actions
• Support fiscal governance and budget management across enterprise-wide programs and projects
