Take charge as the PartsPro Team Lead at PartSource, where your automotive parts expertise drives sales and customer satisfaction. Oversee store operations and support your team in delivering exceptional service. In this supervisory role, you will utilize your passion for automobiles and strong knowledge of automotive systems. You will implement the PartSource Operating System to accurately identify automotive parts and enhance sales. Effective leadership will be essential as you coach and train staff while ensuring high standards of store operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize the PartSource Operating System for parts identification
- Communicate product features and benefits effectively
- Coach and instruct new or junior store staff
- Delegate tasks and manage store operations when needed
- Maintain store appearance and safety compliance
- 1-3 years of retail supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
- Valid Driver's License is a plus
