As a Therapeutic Foster Parent with Enviros, you will provide a safe and loving environment for youth transitioning to adulthood. This role is critical in helping vulnerable children navigate challenges while receiving support from a therapeutic team. Your impact can shape their journey towards a healthier future. Key Responsibilities:
- Offer individualized support for youth in your care
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary therapeutic team
- Facilitate meaningful family connections and experiences
- Engage in continuous training and personal development
- Utilize trauma-informed care practices effectively
- Experience in human services or related fields
- Knowledge of trauma-informed and strength-based practices
- Valid Class 5 driver's license required
- Clean driving abstract needed
- Police and child intervention checks within six months
