Your focus will be identifying unique strengths, coordinating with employers to create custom job placements, and documenting progress meticulously to ensure client success. Key Responsibilities:
- Assess clients' employment needs and establish personalized action plans
- Conduct comprehensive Discovery process in various settings
- Market clients to potential employers, creating individualized job descriptions
- Provide on-the-job support and foster self-employment opportunities
- Work with community partners for extended client support
- Experience with coaching and working with diverse populations
- Degree or diploma in relevant fields preferred
- Knowledge of local job markets and community resources
- Strong networking and technical skills, including Microsoft Office
- Respect for confidentiality and privacy
