Lead Money Mart branch operations through customer service, lending, sales performance, and compliance at 281 E Island Hwy Suite B. This working-manager role combines team coaching with hands-on transactions.
Momentum Financial Services Group seeks a Branch Manager to guide daily branch success and support customers accessing financial solutions. You will oversee lending, cash controls, collections, staffing, and responsible practices while developing employees. The role emphasizes accurate records, clear product explanations, and customer-focused service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead customer transactions and sell appropriate financial products
- Drive sales targets, cross-selling, referrals, and collections
- Maintain compliant customer files, records, and applications
- Coach employees through training, feedback, and evaluations
- Monitor cash controls, security, staffing, and branch coverage
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- One or more years managing or leading teams
- Experience hiring, coaching, and evaluating employees
- Sales, lending, collections, or retail finance experience preferred
- Microsoft Office proficiency and English communication skills
