Campus Nissan Victoria seeks a Product Advisor to guide customers through premium Nissan purchases. The dealership welcomes automotive sales experience and motivated candidates ready to learn. Success requires product knowledge, CRM follow up, and customer focused communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers in store, by phone, and through online inquiries
- Build rapport and recommend suitable vehicle options
- Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
- Present pricing and financing options with management
- Coordinate deliveries and maintain CRM follow up
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Eligibility to obtain a VSA license
- Availability evenings, weekends, and all days
- Strong communication, motivation, and work ethic
- Satisfactory Driver's Abstract required
Bring customer service, organized follow up, and Nissan product learning to guide buyers through complete vehicle purchases.
