WSP seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager for complex, multidisciplinary projects and programs. You will guide delivery strategy, client relationships, risk management, financial performance, and quality oversight. The work requires sound judgment, consulting experience, and clear leadership through technical complexity.
Key Responsibilities
Lead projects through initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closeoutManage scope, schedules, costs, forecasts, risks, and changesCoordinate multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and external partnersServe as primary client contact with timely communicationSupport proposals through RFP review, scoping, scheduling, and estimatingRequirements:
Typically 15+ years of relevant project management experienceConsulting, engineering, environmental, infrastructure, or related professional services backgroundExperience managing multidisciplinary teams and complex client requirementsStrong commercial, financial, communication, and leadership skillsRelevant designation or PMP certification where applicableBring senior project leadership, financial acumen, risk management, and client communication expertise to WSP’s multidisciplinary consulting work.
