Remote personal injury law clerks with litigation expertise can manage plaintiff files independently while supporting clients, insurers, and counsel virtually.
This law clerk position supports a busy plaintiff-side personal injury practice from home. The work covers file management, pleadings, medical evidence, client communication, and settlement preparation. Candidates need five-plus years handling motor vehicle, slip and fall, or LTD files.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage personal injury files through settlement or trial preparation
- Draft correspondence, pleadings, affidavits, and settlement documents
- Organize and summarize medical, employment, and other evidence
- Communicate with clients, insurers, professionals, and opposing counsel
- Prepare briefs, track undertakings, and close files
Requirements:
- Five-plus years in plaintiff personal injury files
- Strong litigation process and court filing knowledge
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Independent, organized, and self-motivated remote work style
- Primafact, PC Law, or equivalent software proficiency
