Reporting to the Procurement Manager, the Junior Buyer will be responsible for assisting the Buyers with the administrative tasks of the purchasing department.
Purchase Order Management:

Assist in the creation and processing of purchase orders.
Maintain accurate records of purchase orders and related documentation.
Track the status of orders and ensure timely delivery.
Communicate with suppliers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and any issues that may arise.
Inventory Management:

Monitor inventory levels and identify potential stockouts.
Data Entry and Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of procurement activities.
Enter data into procurement systems and databases.
Administrative Support:

Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries related to procurement.
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

~ Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related

field.
~1-2 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role, preferably in a related industry
~ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
~ Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with procurement software preferred
excellent time management, organization and planning skills
