S. clients for flexible, project-based development work as a Principal Full Stack Engineer (React & AI-Driven). ~ 8+ years of professional software engineering experience designing and building scalable, full-stack applications. ~ Advanced English is required. ~ Deep technical expertise in modern front-end development using React and TypeScript. ~1-3 years of professional experience with AI-assisted engineering workflows and agentic AI tools (e.g., Proven track record of leading complex technical initiatives across multiple teams and writing clear architectural design documents (RFCs, ADRs). ~ Strong background in back-end technologies, with hands-on production experience in GraphQL or Ruby on Rails. ~ Demonstrated experience mentoring senior engineers, driving technical best practices, and evaluating trade-offs for org-wide initiatives. ~ Experience with mobile development (particularly React Native, iOS, or Android) is a strong plus. ~ Experience working on Agile / Scrum teams. ~ We’re Seeking Engineers Who Are AI-enthusiastic In Their Workflow.
