Key Responsibilities
Train and mentor grooming associates to enhance skills Ensure exceptional pet parent interactions and care Manage salon operations while maintaining standards Promote wellness solutions based on pet needs Drive salon sales and achieve business metrics

Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years grooming experience Strong communication and organizational skills Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays Proficient with grooming tools and equipment Ability to handle pets and manage salon dynamics This role combines personal grooming expertise with leadership skills to create amazing experiences for pets and their parents at PetSmart.
