As Project Lead, you oversee very large-scale projects requiring comprehensive organizational and business-line understanding. You manage human, material, financial, and IT resources while engaging stakeholders, senior management, and decision-making bodies. Your expertise supports objectives, benefits, budgets, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Support project sponsors and oversee cross-sector work teamsCoordinate project phases from design through rolloutManage resources, roadmaps, budgets, and governanceIdentify and handle project issues and risksPrepare updates and help manage suppliersRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a related fieldMinimum eight years of relevant experiencePMP, ACP, and/or SAFe certificationsKnowledge of French is requiredIntermediate-advanced English proficiencyApply strategic project leadership, governance, and stakeholder expertise to complex Desjardins initiatives spanning multiple sectors.
