Lead Talent Acquisition operations, recruitment technology, and team mentorship from Connor, Clark & Lunn Financial Group’s Toronto office. This hybrid role requires three office days weekly.
As Manager, Talent Acquisition, you will oversee recruitment workflows, systems, and daily delivery while supporting an experienced team. You will optimize ATS functionality, monitor recruitment KPIs, develop training resources, and advise business leaders. The role combines operational leadership with strategic recruitment execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Talent Acquisition processes, workflows, systems, and daily activities
- Coach the team and establish recruitment best practices
- Optimize ATS functionality, technology, workflows, and automation
- Monitor recruitment KPIs and use performance insights
- Partner with business and HR leaders on talent needs
Requirements:
- 8+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience
- Leadership and operational oversight in complex organizations
- Experience optimizing recruitment processes, workflows, and technology
- Experience developing recruitment KPIs, dashboards, and reporting
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
