As a Sales Associate at Aaron's, you will play a vital role in creating a positive shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include helping customers select products, cleaning, and organizing the merchandise. To thrive, you must uphold Aaron’s brand standards while showcasing strong interpersonal and communication skills. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in product selection and inquiries
- Help clean, organize, and move merchandise
- Maintain customer files and clerical duties
- Foster a positive atmosphere on the sales floor
- Engage with customers in person and over the phone
- Minimum 18 years old
- Flexible schedule from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm
- Lift up to 50 lbs independently
- Ability to work in a team-driven environment
- Strong desire to provide excellent customer service
