In this full-time role, you'll bring your technical expertise to ensure accurate field measurements and project specifications. As a Surveyor at M. Sullivan & Son, you will report to the Survey Manager and play an essential role in managing field-site-specific surveying activities. This position requires a comprehensive understanding of surveying software, a commitment to precision, and collaboration with architects and engineers to convey designs accurately. You’ll oversee daily layout tasks, collect as-built data, and manage vital project documentation. Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
- Conduct daily layouts according to project specifications
- Manage surveys for establishing legal property boundaries
- Record survey results with precision and clarity
- Communicate findings with project stakeholders
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a land surveyor
- Professional land surveyor license required
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MicroSurvey, and Revit
- Strong understanding of construction industry practices
- Level II Secret Government clearance required
