- Drive cost reduction initiatives while ensuring quality
- Conduct root cause analysis for performance issues
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering field
- 7-10 years of experience in plastics packaging
- Strong knowledge of polymer science and packaging design
- Proficiency in CAD and familiarity with PLM systems
- Experience with regulatory standards compliance
