Support Montréal customers with banking advice, service transactions, and digital education as a Personal Banking Associate at TD Canada Trust.
This branch role builds customer relationships through banking solutions, problem resolution, and referrals to appropriate colleagues. You will guide customers with new accounts, investment advice, and everyday banking needs while supporting frontline operations. The position requires 18.75 hours in Montréal, Quebec, within TD’s Personal & Commercial Banking line of business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage customers through advice, transactions, and problem resolution
- Guide customers toward appropriate banking solutions and contacts
- Educate customers about mobile, ATM, and online banking
- Support scheduled cash and non-cash frontline transactions
- Complete accurate processes, documentation, and regulatory procedures
Requirements:
- High School diploma or one-plus years’ relevant experience
- Complete IFC or equivalent within 90 days
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, branch software, and internet
- Knowledge of banking solutions and processes
- Strong organization, communication, and customer experience skills
