Key Responsibilities
Plan and direct daily manufacturing operations for productivity and compliance Develop production plans around priorities, resources, and customer requirements Monitor production KPIs and ensure orders ship on time Optimize materials, labour, machinery, and departmental budgets Coordinate quality, maintenance, supply chain, and supporting departments
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Science or related discipline Minimum three years' pharmaceutical or nutraceutical manufacturing experience Strong understanding of GMP, SOPs, quality, and safety standards Leadership experience supervising and developing production teams Strong analytical, mathematical, communication, and organizational skills Apply production planning, GMP knowledge, resource optimization, and team leadership to strengthen pharmaceutical manufacturing performance. #J-18808-Ljbffr
