Mining Millwrights - Brucejack Camp - 13/13 - Camp + Fly-In & Fly-Out - Up to $63.35/hr - Kitimat-Stikine, BC
Newmont is seeking experienced Red Seal Millwrights to join their team at the Brucejack Gold Mine, a high-grade underground mining operation in northern British Columbia. This is a fly-in/fly-out, camp-based role offering private accommodations, excellent amenities, and a strong focus on safety and community. Ideal candidates will have significant industrial maintenance experience, thrive in remote environments, and value teamwork and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Need
- Red Seal Millwright Certification
- 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in underground mining
- Strong troubleshooting skills with mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and rotating equipment
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Experience with SAP or CMMS is an asset
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work 13x13 rotation, 12-hour shifts in underground mining conditions
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions and wear required PPE, including respiratory protection
- Mandatory pre-employment medical, drug, and alcohol testing
