The Receptionist is the first point of contact for customers, suppliers, and all other visitors. This role is responsible for creating a professional and welcoming environment while handling incoming communications and providing base administrative support

Respond to incoming telephone, email, and in-person inquiries.
Assist with basic data entry and compilation for reports.
Perform general office duties as required.
Receive and distribute incoming mail, packages, and courier deliveries.
Order and maintain inventory of office supplies at cost-effective pricing.
Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area at all times.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
Previous customer service or reception experience considered an asset.
