Lead Dynamite's fashion store with customer relationships and team coaching at the center. Drive a positive shopping experience through strong leadership and operational focus.
Reporting to the District Manager, the Store Manager leads a high-performing team and builds loyal customer relationships. You will recruit, train, and coach team members while driving operational efficiency, excellent standards, sales, and productivity. The role suits fashion-focused, customer-oriented leaders with management experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote positive shopping experiences for Dynamite customers
- Build loyal customer relationships through outstanding service
- Lead and inspire a high-performing store team
- Recruit, train, and coach team members
- Achieve and surpass sales and productivity targets
Requirements:
- High school diploma; business education is an asset
- Three to five years of management experience
- Fashion clothing management experience preferred
- Customer-oriented passion for fashion
- Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
