Design and develop scalable, robust and reliable applications using Object Oriented Programming languages (Java) Continuously improving the quality of software through reviews, testing and refactoring Communicate clearly with cross functional team, while balancing technical details with business needs Take ownership of end-to-end projects and drive it to completion in a timely manner Manage and prioritize tasks and multiple projects effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment Take accountability for the quality of your work and actions Adhere to ethical guidelines and ensure the security, privacy and compliance of our software solutions Demonstrate customer first mindset with any interactions or delivery of quality software Deliver exceptional software that exceeds user expectations and drives business value Proactively address any software issues and resolve quickly and effectively 12+ years of work experience as a developer (Java) or any similar role ~ Computer science and math enthusiast ~ Hands on experience with SQL (Oracle, MySQL, Postgres, etc.) ~ Knowledge of Amazon Web Service (AWS), Docker, Kubernetes, and React ~ Experience/Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and workflows ~ Any hands-on experience building full-stack applications using React (nice to have) ~ Experience using generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) is an asset ~ Ability to integrate or adopt AI tools in day-to-day tasks Competitive salary and health benefits Group health and dental benefits This role may also be eligible for performance-based incentive programs and total compensation may include variable incentives, such as bonuses and commissions.
